1. He is a Ghanaian entrepreneur who established Bamson Company Limited in 1980.

2. His company used to sell local paints at retail and was one of the agents or retailers for GIHOC Paints, one of the largest local paint manufacturers in the 1980's. 

3. One of his  Companies imports car refinishing paints from AkzoNobel, a Dutch multinational that manufactures a brand of paints called Sikkens.

4. He  owns a Training Centre which offers technical courses and training programmes in auto spraying, equipment maintenance and counter services to technicians and shop owners in the auto paint business.    

5. He employs over 150 people at  his Company (Sikkens) only. (5 people form the management)


6. His  company (Sikkens)  has about 7 branches and 39 distributors in Ghana

7. Mr. Kwame Ofosu Bamfo is the owner of ALISA Hotel. The hotel is currently going through a multimillion-dollar expansion project, which he has christened the Alisa Village.

8. He won the "Marketing Personality of the Year" in 1992 and received the Akzo Nobel International award as Best Sales Company of Sikkens Products in Africa in 1993.

9. He comes from the Eastern Region, Ghana.

10. He was recently ranked the 58th Richest Person in Ghana (Net Worth= $170 million) by Goodman Amc.
